About the event
Our 4-week journey starts at the time of a powerful new "super" moon --the first new moon of 2023! This is an ideal time to start or restart a daily practice as the energies of the waxing moon will support us in growing our practice and making it a daily habit.
We will experiment with different tools and ways of meditating and discuss how to prepare for meditation. You'll learn what works best for you at this time and design (or re-design) a daily practice that gives you the energy and clarity to live your happiest and most successful year yet! Each class includes time to ask questions and receive guidance from your instructor and meditation coach, Diana Byron. Classes will be recorded and available for a limited time.

A Little About the 7-Day Challenge...
You guessed it.. we are going to meditate together every morning for seven days straight! This challenge is designed to jumpstart your meditation practice and create a habit out of meditating daily. Each day we'll experiment with different tools and ways of meditating so you can discover what works best for you at this time. What might have worked well before might not work as well now, and it could be time to change up your practice a bit. You'll design a daily practice that's just right for who you are today, to support you in living your best year yet.
