About the Event

New to Yoga? This is a 6-week series of classes designed to get you started in a safe and gentle way, Kripalu style. Strengthen, tone and revitalize in a supportive environment among other beginners, like yourself. 

Classes include pranayama (yogic breathwork), a warm up, a series of classic yoga asana (postures), and end with a brief relaxation and/or meditation. 

Classes are held on Thursday evenings 6:30-7:15PM from April 23rd - May 28th, 2020. 

$70 for the series of 6 classes, which are 75 minutes each.
