Pranayama is a yogic breathing practice known to strengthen the lungs, support the immune system, and calm the mind --just to name a few benefits. In this one hour class, Diana Byron will guide you through a few simple, yet powerful techniques to get you started with a gentle Pranayama practice at home. Strengthen the lungs and cultivate vitality, while relieving stress. $15 per person.
