About the event
Take a group yoga class in our peaceful studio or in the comfort of your home! Each class is 60 minutes long, including some breath work and either a relaxation or meditation at the end.
Group Class Schedule:
Wednesdays 6:30PM - 7:30PM ET - All Levels Yoga
Fridays 10:00AM - 11:00AM ET - Yoga for Strength*
Saturdays 10:00AM-11:00AM ET - Gentle Yoga
Classes are ongoing and you can join on any of the above day(s) with a class pass. Passes are available in single or 4-pack for extra savings. Once you purchase a class pass or 4-pack, you will receive a confirmation email with a zoom link, in case you choose to join online. You can also save more with a monthly subscription.
*Friday classes are focused on strengthening and include the optional use of hand weights.
Mats and props are provided in the studio or you are welcome to bring your own.
