Join Diana Byron as she offers simple tools for meditation and mindfulness in stressful times. This 45-minute class is great for anyone new to meditation or for those wanting to enhance their existing practice. In each session, we different explore ways to enhance our meditation and promote mindfulness such as chair yoga, pranayama, and the use of mantras. This is a free event, though donations are welcome.
