About the event
Modern lifestyles have most of us looking down a lot, causing neck and back issues and affecting our posture over time. In this series of weekly classes, you'll learn gentle stretches and yoga poses to counteract the "hunching" and promote a strong, healthy back. These exercises are simple enough to continue doing on your own, long after the series has ended, to maintain your progress. You'll also receive tips and healthy habits to help prevent neck and back issues before they happen. Classes are gentle and suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
Class dates: October 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th from 10AM-11AM ET. Your ticket includes all 4 classes in the series.
Classes will be recorded and replays will be available for a limited time.
Equipment is provided in the studio or feel free to bring your own. If joining online, here is the recommended equipment: 1 yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga strap (or a very long belt or scarf), a towel and a tennis ball.
