Unlimited Group Yoga Pass
Take as many group classes as you want each month for an amazing low subscription price. With 12 group classes available per month, that works out to as little as $16.58 per class! You can choose what day of the month you'll be billed and can cancel your subscription at any time.
These Kripalu style yoga classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength and vitality. Beginners and all levels of experience are welcome. Classes are ongoing --join any class at any time, either in studio or on Zoom. Each class is 60 minutes long, including some breath work and either a relaxation or meditation at the end.
Weekly Group Class Schedule:
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30PM ET - Candlelight Yoga
Fridays 10:00-11:00AM ET - Yoga for Strength
Saturdays 10:00-11:00 AM ET - Morning Flow
Class Descriptions
Candlelight Yoga: Cultivate resilience from stress in these soothing and relaxing evening yoga classes by candlelight.
Yoga for Strength: These classes are focused on increasing strength and stamina, and include the optional use of light hand weights.
Morning Yoga Flow: These Saturday morning classes are a great way to start your day and your weekend --designed to energize and increase vitality.
Mats and other equipment are provided in the studio or you are welcome to bring your own.
